My full Dubsado Setup Service is ideal for you if you are looking to streamline your existing client handling process. This will have dual benefits – time saving from the use of templates and workflows in addition to improving your client experience through the use of automations.
So, how does the Dubsado Setup Service work?
- Kickoff Meeting to discuss the processes you currently follow, highlight your pain points and understand what you would ultimately like to achieve from using Dubsado
- Preparation – collect samples of all existing email and documents currently sent to clients with a view to creating Dubsado Templates. Where files do not already exist, I will help you to create them. I will also need logo and branding details to ensure that all documents meet your company brief.
- Your Dubsado Account will be updated. This includes all the templates we have discussed. As part of this process, I will test the Workflows.
- Once everything is setup, I will run through the system as part of the handover. Also, I will provide you with reference tools to help you once you are “on your own”.
How much will this cost me?
To be really honest with you, I don’t necessarily think that a one-size-fits-all works for Dubsado setup. It can depend so much on how complex the system is that you’d like to have implemented. As a guide, to provide you with canned emails, proposal templates and a couple of workflows, my charge would be £995. Once we have chatted, I’ll be able to provide you with a bespoke price to cover everything you need.
